| MAXOS |
|
Fast High Accuracy Automatic Scanning
|
|
|
The MAXOS scanner is based on proven technology developed specifically for the 3D inspection of
turbine blades. The 3D scanner is non-contact and will inspect parts in a shiny polished state without the need to spray them with a coating. This is often essential for the maintenance of quality or health and safety procedures as well as eliminating the possibility of compromising measurements through the addition of material. The 3D scanner is exceptionally accurate and can utilize up to 7 axes of motion to perform a complete inspection.
| Features/Benefits |
High Accuracy |
Overall accuracy of 10 microns even on shiny materials. No need for spraying. |
High Resolution |
Resolution down to 2 microns. Can inspect leading and trailing edge radii of less than 0.2mm. |
Fast |
Fast feedback for in-line inspection. Automatic inspection report in minutes. |
| Automatic |
Simple automatic operation for the shop floor. No requirement for skilled operators. |

| MobileScan 3D Scanner |
|
The World's Most Accurate Portable Scanner
|
|
|
MobileScan 3D automates the process of 3D object scanning allowing efficient repeatable inspection in a production environment. Its flexibility also makes it ideal for digitizing a wide range of different sizes and shapes of object.
| Features/Benefits |
| Adjustable Laser Power |
For use on nearly any material, color, and in any lighting condition. |
Truly Mobile |
The complete system including the control system, sensor and 1 rotary axis weighs less than 30lbs. |
Ultra High Accuracy |
Software controlled ultra fine resolution even in larger measurement volumes; 0.01mm (0.0004") to 0.25mm (0.010") dependent on model. |
| Automatic |
Simple automatic operation for the shop floor. No requirement for skilled operators. |
Turntable Mounting |
The system has an optional turntable to enable 360 degree axial movement of the subject. This too is automatically controlled in addition to the axes of movement of the scanning head |
